Hip & Pelvic Freedom

Duration

1 hour

Hip & Pelvic Freedom

Hip & Pelvic Freedom is a slow movement class focused on releasing tension in the hips and pelvis, restoring mobility, and reconnecting with fluidity and presence through breath-led movement and rhythmic exploration.

The hips are a central area for stability, movement, emotional holding, and protective patterns. For many people this area can feel tight, guarded, or disconnected, shaped by stress, posture, past experiences, or stored tension. This practice offers a safe and supportive way to gently explore and soften these patterns.

Through circular movements, waves, grounding sequences, and creative movement, you are invited to restore fluidity, coordination, and a sense of ease and vitality in the body. Sensuality here is approached as embodied aliveness and presence rather than performance or sexuality.

Classes are partly practiced with eyes closed or blindfolded to support deeper inward focus, safety, and freedom from comparison. Music and breath guide the rhythm while allowing you to stay connected to your own experience.

Open to all genders and all levels. No prior experience required.
