Alchemia began as a longing. For something deeper.

I created this space because I needed it.
And because I saw the people I worked with needed it too.
For years, I searched for something that didn’t exist yet.
I kept finding spaces that were deeply spiritual
but disconnected from the body
or rooted in science, but missing the soul.
I wanted it all.
A place where breath, movement, and energy work weren’t dismissed. Where nervous system science, trauma awareness,
and psychology had a seat at the altar.
Where people could return to themselves fully, honestly, in their own timing.
I longed for a space that felt sacred, but accessible.
That held depth without pressure.
That didn’t ask you to perform your healing,
but welcomed you as you are.
And I longed for community.
Not just a room full of people doing the same thing but a space of shared intention.
A place to land. To be witnessed. To exhale.
Alchemia was born from that longing.
It’s the space I once needed and now, it’s the space I hold.
This is not just a studio.
It’s a sanctuary for inner alchemy.
A home for breathwork, movement, sound, subconscious work, and somatic ritual.
A place where your body can lead, your nervous system can soften,
and your truth can rise.
The name Alchemia comes from the root of “alchemy” —
an ancient tradition that sought to turn base metals into gold.
But at Alchemia, we believe the gold is already within you.
Our work is rooted in the idea that transformation is chemical, emotional, and spiritual all at once.
And the real magic lies in shifting your inner chemistry.
