When fascia becomes tight or dehydrated — often due to stress, trauma, poor posture, or overuse — it can cause pain, restriction, fatigue, and emotional stagnation. By working directly with this tissue, we release what’s been held too long — physically and energetically.
Using therapy balls, foam rollers, pressure tools, breath guidance, and nerve flossing, this class helps you:
