Friday Reset is a midday class designed to help you decompress from the physical and mental buildup of the week and transition into the weekend from a calm, grounded state.
Through a combination of breathwork, somatic movement, and guided relaxation, this session supports your body in releasing accumulated tension and allows your nervous system to settle after the demands of the week.
Rather than carrying stress, mental noise, or unfinished emotions into your weekend, you’ll create space to let go of what no longer serves and return to yourself.
A moment to pause, reset your system, and arrive more fully to the moments that matter.
Expect to:
• release physical and mental tension from the week
• clear emotional and energetic buildup
• regulate your nervous system through breath and movement
• shift from “doing mode” into presence and ease
