A resourcing practice of deep stretch, soft sound, and supported connection.


This class invites you into nourishing stillness and gentle release through a blend of Yin-inspired stretching, assisted partner techniques, breathwork, and vocal activation. 

It’s not about pushing — it’s about softening, listening, and letting the body open from within.


Guided by calming breath patterns, humming, and soothing vocal tones, you’ll access the parasympathetic nervous system — the place of true restoration and repair.


Throughout the class, Olivia offers:
