Yin & Yang Flow

A hybrid class designed to balance the dual forces of action and surrender, strength and softness. We begin with a dynamic, breath-led flow to activate the body, build heat, and awaken vitality through creative, fluid movement.



In the final 30 minutes, the practice transitions into long-held restorative poses combined with deep fascia release, breathwork, and a subtle aromatherapy ritual using Shamana ritual oils to stimulate the senses and support emotional and energetic balance.



Using yoga props and therapeutic tools, we revisit similar postures from the active flow, this time inviting deep relaxation, nervous system downregulation, and meaningful tissue release. The experience is enhanced with subtle sound and moments of intentional stillness, helping the body integrate and settle.



Aromatherapy is used subtly and always optional.


Suitable for all levels, with options to adapt intensity.
