About the event
Beyond the Breath
Saturday 9 January 2027 | 09:30–17:00 | Alchemia
What if, before deciding what you want to change this year, you gave yourself the space to release and understand what's been holding you back?
We all carry experiences, emotions, beliefs and patterns that shape the way we live. Some we're consciously aware of. Others continue to influence our choices, relationships and the way we feel without us fully understanding why.
Perhaps you're ready to close a chapter. Perhaps you recognize patterns you keep returning to, even when you know they're no longer serving you. Or perhaps you simply feel that something needs to shift, but you're not sure what.
As we step into a new year, this is an invitation to pause, look back on what has shaped you, and explore what you're ready to leave behind.
