(Experienced) Monthly Reset: Release Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony by Farah & Jessy

For returning breathers who have completed minimum 3 extended breathwork workshops with Farah. This ceremony is created for breathers who already have experience with Farah’s work and feel ready to settle in quicker, explore deeper layers of the body, and move with a little more trust and inner leadership.

It is not about being “advanced.” It is about familiarity.

Your system already knows the path, and this space allows you to follow it with more ease, depth, and capacity.

Compared to the all-levels version, this workshop offers a shorter grounding phase and moves more directly into somatic activation, deeper breath cycles, and a more spacious internal journey with less verbal guidance. You already know how your body can respond in breathwork, and this space honours that knowing.
