About the event
A Date With Yourself
Saturday 6 February 2027 | 10:00–12:30 | Alchemia
When was the last time you truly connected with yourself?
Not through doing more, achieving something or improving yourself. But simply by giving yourself your full attention.
Your relationship with yourself shapes how you move through the world, every connection you create, how you respond to stress, and your ability to receive pleasure, rest and closeness.
Yet many of us have forgotten the art of carving out real time and true presence for ourselves.
