It Starts With You: The First Relationship

Your relationship with yourself shapes how you move through the world, every connection you create, how you respond to stress, and your ability to receive pleasure, rest and closeness.

Yet many of us have forgotten the art of carving out real time and true presence for ourselves.

We live in our heads. We move fast. We override signals, postpone needs, push through tension or relate to our bodies mainly through control, productivity or appearance. Softness can feel unfamiliar. Stillness can feel uncomfortable. Touch can feel distant or charged.
