Little Alchemists - Mindful Kids Day

Little Alchemists is a mindful kids day designed to support children in their emotional world, body awareness, creativity and self-expression. Through movement, breath, meditation, storytelling, nature-inspired crafts, free play and gentle rituals, children learn simple tools to feel calm, confident, connected and safe within themselves.

Each day follows a soft rhythm with moments of grounding, creativity, movement, sound, rest and play. Children will explore themes such as gratitude, kindness, emotions, the senses, nature, confidence and connection in a playful and age-appropriate way.

This is not a school day, but a gentle and nourishing experience where children can be themselves, use their imagination, make new friends and learn mindful tools they can carry into daily life.
