A heart-opening ritual for mothers, daughters, sons and every maternal bond.
On Mother’s Day in Antwerp, we invite you into a warm and intimate experience created to honour the unique bond between mother and child — in all its forms.
This workshop is a space to slow down, soften and meet each other beyond the roles of everyday life. Through gentle breathwork, guided reflection, connection exercises, sound healing and a meaningful guided letter ritual, you will be invited to express what is often felt, but not always spoken.
This experience is open to mothers, daughters, sons, grandmothers, stepmothers, godmothers, chosen mothers, mother figures and anyone who shares a meaningful maternal bond.
Together, we will create space for gratitude, tenderness, presence and honest connection. Not from the idea of perfect families or perfect relationships, but from the simple beauty of being seen, heard and felt.
