We all take breaks, but do we truly come to rest?


During this 45-minute headphone experience in the herb tunnel, Farah, psychosomatic therapist, invites you to discover how a short pause can become more than just a moment of distraction. You’ll be guided back to your breath, your body, and your senses, and you’ll learn how a simple breathing technique can help your nervous system relax.


You’ll explore how the breath moves through your body, how to recognize tension, and how to return to more calm, focus, and presence in just a few minutes.


The workshop ends with a sensory Ricola experience, where taste, scent, and breath come together. A gentle reminder that rest doesn’t always require a lot of time. Sometimes it begins with one conscious breath, one moment of awareness, one small pause you can truly feel.
