Voice Liberation Workshop with Ariël Growsong

Your voice is more than something you use to speak or sing.

It can be a way to express, move, connect and release some of what we hold inside.

Yet many of us have learned to make our voices smaller. To worry about how we sound. To hold back. To stay quiet. Or to believe that singing and vocal expression are only for people who are “good at it.”

This workshop is an invitation to explore something different.

Together with Ariël Growsong, you’ll gently reconnect with your natural voice through sound, breath, rhythm, movement, improvisation and play.

With guitar and shruti box accompanying the journey, you’ll explore what happens when you stop trying to make your voice sound a certain way — and simply allow yourself to make sound, experiment and be heard.
