Lunar Circles

“I’ve always felt attuned to what lies beneath the surface — the energies, rhythms, and sensations that can’t always be seen or explained.

It runs through the women in my family — something ancient, something passed down.

As a child, I listened for what couldn’t be said out loud. But growing up with that sensitivity wasn’t easy. For a long time, I thought I was too much. Too sensitive. Too deep. I silenced parts of myself for the sake of love — until the silence felt heavier than the truth.

Rituals were my first refuge. Over time, my practice became more embodied — a weaving of lunar cycles, breath, shadow work, crystal healing, frequency, and mindfulness. Tools that helped me meet my shadow with softness and return to the parts of myself I had exiled just to survive.

When my path crossed Farah’s, I was aching for connection. Her work felt like a remembering. Since then, we’ve grown from connection to friendship to co-creation — and now, I get to offer this work to others.

I still remember placing my little hand on my mother’s head during her migraines, imagining I could absorb the pain. That desire to be a safe place still lives in me.

In my sessions, I hope people feel that too:

A space that’s soft, safe, and light-filled.

A space to soften and come back to who you are beneath the noise and the wounds.

I believe true transformation begins when we stop running from ourselves and meet our shadows — not with fear, but with compassion and light.

Our wounds aren’t meant to be cast out. They’re asking for the love and acceptance we may have withheld from ourselves for years.

As Carl Jung said: “To confront a person with their shadow is to show them their own light.”

For me, healing is about remembering that wholeness doesn’t come from perfection, but from integration.

That’s what I hope to offer: a space where shadow and light can sit side by side.

Where wholeness isn’t earned. It’s remembered.”
