Service Description

An immersive live sound healing experience designed to invite the body and mind into deep rest. Unlike our binaural sound journeys, Sound Alchemy is experienced entirely without headphones. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be bathed in live sound, vibration and resonance. Each journey unfolds differently. Depending on the session, a combination of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, voice and other vibrational instruments may be used to create a rich and immersive soundscape. This is an invitation to receive. To slow down. To soften. To feel the vibration move through the body. To let the nervous system settle and create space for deep rest. Every Sound Alchemy journey is unique, guided by the instruments, the energy of the room and the experience Ariel creates in the moment.
