Where the Full Moon brings closure, the New Moon opens possibility. This ceremony is grounding, introspective, and creative — focused on intention-setting, visioning, and energetic planting. Rather than emotional release, this circle invites softness: connecting with your inner voice, clarifying what you want to call in, and aligning your energetic field with the new cycle ahead. 🌑 What to Expect • A specially crafted New Moon Tea Ceremony • A New Moon reflection & intention-setting workbook • Guided space to journal and connect with desire, intuition, and clarity • Gentle bodywork + energetic opening practices • A manifestation-focused meditation to activate the new cycle • A lunar intention token to travel with you through the cycle, reminding you of the vision you’re growing This ritual helps you begin each cycle grounded, aligned, and connected to your inner guidance and evolving journey — especially powerful to integrate and put into action what you release at our Monthly Reset breathwork journey.
