Service Description
A private womb-centered ritual designed to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect with your body, womb and feminine essence. Through somatic movement, breath, intuitive bodywork, energetic alignment, meditation, herbal tea and yoni steaming, you are guided into a deeper state of presence, release and receptivity. This session offers a sacred pause from the outside world, a space to listen inward, soften the nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom held in your body. To support deep introspection, you will be guided with headphones and a blindfold, allowing you to turn your attention inward and fully arrive in your body. Throughout the session, we work with healing frequencies, soundscapes and full guidance to create an immersive experience that supports relaxation, emotional release and deeper embodiment. Before your session, you will receive a short intake form. This allows us to understand your current needs, cycle, emotional state, body, sensitivities and intention, so the herbal blend and the session can be tailored to you with care. This journey may support you with: - Menstrual discomfort or tension - Premenstrual emotional sensitivity - Feeling disconnected from your womb, pelvis or feminine energy - Perimenopause or menopause transitions - Pelvic heaviness, emotional holding or stagnation - Stress, overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation - Emotional release, softness and reconnection - A deeper sense of embodiment, self-trust and inner listening This session is not suitable if you are: - Pregnant or possibly pregnant - Currently menstruating or actively bleeding - Experiencing unexplained bleeding or fresh spotting - Experiencing an active vaginal infection, burning, itching or irritation - Recovering from recent pelvic, abdominal or gynecological surgery - In the immediate postpartum period - Recovering from miscarriage, abortion or birth without medical clearance - Undergoing fertility treatment, IVF transfer or insemination - Experiencing open wounds, sores, acute inflammation or severe pelvic pain - Allergic or sensitive to herbs, heat or steam If you have an IUD, a gynecological condition, a history of recurrent infections, endometriosis, fibroids, cysts, vulvodynia, pelvic pain, or any medical concern, please let us know in your intake form. In some cases, we may adapt the session or advise you to check with your doctor first.
Cancellation Policy
🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Your session is a dedicated time slot that is prepared in advance.
